The magic table interface introduces a new UI pattern, in addition to Chat Interface or /wiki/spaces/SD/pages/997785601, meant to provide an improved overview over multiple agent responses and to enable Agentics with intricate workflows.

Feature Overview

Landing page

The landing page provides the main entry point to creating a new sheet.
It also helps users navigate all their past sheets, which are displayed as a list. In this interface, past sheets can also be renamed or deleted.

Guided sheet creation

Users are guided throughout the key steps to effectively create a new sheet with complete content. The steps can vary according to different assistants’ requirements. For the DueDiligence and Rfp/RfI Agent, the sheet creation involves three steps:

  1. Specify a file with questions

  2. Specify a set of sources for knowledge

  3. Name and create the table

It is also possible to skip the steps and start with a blank sheet.

Table view

Inside the table UI, users are enabled to perform a number of actions:

  1. Add further knowledge sources, question files or individual questions.

  2. View a list of all files that are associated with the sheet.

  3. Export the sheets to various formats (currently supports word and excel).

  4. Override AI content by manual editing (unless specified otherwise by the agent).

  5. Review references by clicking on provided links.

  6. Review any cell’s change history to monitor who edited a cell and when (both AI or human).

In addition, these functionalities are supported:
