There are no specific Unique AI permissions needed.
End Users see the toggle as soon as the web search tool is provisioned and configured in the space up correctly.
Security and Privacy Considerations
Private networking
The web search module uses external APIs that send request to the internet, specifically to the Google custom search API located at https://cse.google.com. The request contains the query that is communicated to the search engine.
Data processing and storage by Google
Google custom search API is processing and storing requests globally. The probability that requests are processed and stored geographically close to where the request is coming from is high, but Google reserves the right to load balance globally.
Limitations
Some times, the web search is not able to return relevant links
Social media, such as twitter (X), facebook, etc … are not very well indexed by search engines. Targeting this sites will likely result into poor results
