Experimental Prototypes
Unique AI makes certain experimental prototypes available that explore concepts and integrations with Unique AI (the “Prototypes”). These Prototypes are provided solely for demonstration, evaluation, and illustrative purposes (including screen sharing and discussions).
Prototypes are not Products
Accordingly:
The Prototypes are disclosed source for transparency and experimentation as well as easy of setup where needed
The Prototypes are provided “as is”
No support, maintenance, or service obligations are provided
No warranties of any kind, express or implied, apply
The Prototypes are not guaranteed to function, be complete, or remain available
The Prototypes are not intended for production use
If a party wishes to test or evaluate a Prototype, such testing must be performed entirely at the party’s own responsibility. Any assistance, setup, customization, or enablement is out of scope unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Upon request, such assistance may be provided only through a separate commercial agreement for consulting services delivered by our forward-deployed engineering team, billed at a specified hourly rate.
