neo.unique.app is a special multi-tenant platform for customers meeting specific pre-conditions to develop against. It offers no SLA and limited scalability, designed solely for development purposes.

Pre-Conditions

  • The tenant must be explicitly included in the service agreement / contract

  • Clients must be onboarded separately via a dedicated Jira ticket to be created by a customer success representative (CSR)

Setup

The tenant itself bases on the ST concept. That applies to all layers, infrastructure, workload configurations and product.

Limitations

SLA / Support

neo.unique.app underlies no SLA. All support from Unique is best effort based.

Scalability

neo.unique.app is deployed as baseline tenant and Unique won’t scale the tenant up or down to accommodate for larger test loads or cases.

This limitation applies especially to the usage of Azure OpenAI resources (LLMs).

Data classification

neo.unique.app is a multi-tenant system. Developing with or against neo.unique.app implies that no C2+ classified data is sent, ingested, used or worked with when using this tenant. Unique does discourage to even use C1 classified data but leaves this accountability with the client.

The liability lies solely with the users of the tenant.

Shared

neo.unique.app is a multi-tenant system with no SLA. If a client is currently using more resources, other clients will be affected and must postpone their larger workloads.

Unique will not investigate load related issues on neo.unique.app and users of the tenant must design their workloads to either retry or execute their work items at a later time.

IDP

The IDP has two instance owners. Requests to the instance owners are to be formulated via a Jira ticket, potentially via the CSR.

Organisations

  • Organisations are created by the instance owners.

  • Clients are to provide at leat two organisation admins.

  • Instance owners entitle Organisation admins.

  • Org Admins are self-responsible for their org (no SLA)

    • IDP Docs for Organisations

    • Unique is neither responsible nor liable for user management (including their deprecation) on neo.unique.app

Users

  • Users are administered by respective Org Admins

  • Unique provides support to administer users on best effort basis
