Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable use of the products and services provided by UNIQUE ("Company") to its customers. The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that Company's products and services are used in a manner that is consistent with its intended purpose, protects the security of its systems and network, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Customers are prohibited from engaging in any activity that:

1. Violates any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance;

2. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others;

3. Compromises the security or integrity of Company's systems or network, including but not limited to, hacking, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or network;

4. Interferes with the use of Company's products or services by other customers or third parties;

5. Generates or facilitates unsolicited commercial email or spam;

6. Is fraudulent or deceptive, including but not limited to, phishing, pyramid schemes, or false advertising;

7. Involves the transmission of viruses, worms, or other malicious code;

8. Facilitates or promotes any illegal activity, including but not limited to, the sale of illegal drugs, human trafficking, or the promotion of hate speech;

9. Harasses or threatens others, including but not limited to, bullying, stalking, or making threats of violence;

10. Engages in any activity that could cause harm to minors, including but not limited to, child pornography, child abuse, or the solicitation of minors.

Enforcement

Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP, including but not limited to, reviewing customer usage patterns, investigating customer complaints, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities. Company may take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation of this AUP, including but not limited to, suspending or terminating a customer's access to its products and services, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

Disclaimer of Liability

Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a customer's use of its products and services in violation of this AUP, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims or damages arising from a violation of this AUP by the customer or any third party using the customer's account.

Changes to this AUP

Company reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes to this AUP by email or through Company's website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this AUP on a regular basis to ensure compliance with its terms.
