APIs & Integrations

The public API is specifically designed for building robust integrations. Additionally, internal APIs can be utilized to achieve specific configurations or access preview features.



Public APIs

Clients and developers are encouraged to use Unique public APIs for automation and integration. These APIs ensure backward compatibility and are covered by the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Unique commits to maintaining the stability of public APIs and will roll back changes if necessary to repair broken integrations.

Internal APIs

Disclaimer

Clients or developers can use Unique internal APIs, but must not build any automation or integration with them. These APIs do not guarantee backward compatibility and are excluded from any Service Level Agreement (SLA). Unique will not roll back changes to fix broken integrations caused by updates to internal APIs. Consequently, reliance on these APIs for critical functions is strongly discouraged.
