Customisation of ingestion pipeline

Unique FGPT gives customers the ability to customise the ingestion pipeline of documents. There are two basic workflows where customers can hook in their customised logic into the pipeline.

Event Driven

Unique does publish events on certain stages of the ingestion. SDK integrations are then able to subscribe to those so they get notified as soon as such an event is happening and they can react asynchronously to those.

3rd Party APIs

During the Unique FGPT document ingestion customers can provide custom APIs for specific actions. Means based on the ingestion configuration of the content a specific stage can be done via a synchronous API call. This gives the possibility to customise a specific stage of the ingestion process to customers.
