• Markdown editing in Magic Tables: Magic Table text can now be stylized using markdown. The style options included are bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, and code blocks.

Improvements

• Ability to view segments of failed files: In situations where content ingestion was unsuccessful, users lacked the capability to examine the file segments by selecting the “View Chunks” option. This limitation results in the content becoming irretrievable. Access to these segments directly on the page for analysis purposes now brings benefit in determining the root cause of the ingestion failure.

• Failed ingestion state in the UI gets updated automatically: Previously, the UI failed to update the ingestion state automatically when an error was identified by the ingestion worker. Instead, it retained the previous ingestion status until a manual refresh was performed. This issue has now been resolved, and the UI now accurately reflects the current ingestion state without requiring manual intervention.

• Clearing of empty ContentId: ContentIds which are not defined, are not shown anymore.

• Storing companyId, folderId, and contentId: Storing companyId, folderId, and contentId in metadata is essential for enabling file and folder selection in the chat, which is why we implemented it.

• Ability to close filter editing in Magic Table with Enter/Return button: When selecting a column filter in a Magic Table, users can now can now submit the filter and exit editing by pressing the Enter/Return button. Previous behavior required users to click outside of the filter box

• Improved excel ingestion: Until now, only simple tables could be ingested. A new content detection algorithm has been implemented that can detect multiple tables on an excel sheet and single cell values.

• PPT files when ingested as PDF are being chunked by page

Fixes

• Answers between chats are not mixed anymore: Switching from one chat to another during a paginatedMessage query has led to mixed responses. This occurred because the initial request was not being aborted. This issue has now been addressed.

• Vulnerability to impersonate others is resolved: A vulnerability has allowing users to impersonate others and modify files uploaded by them. When overwriting an existing file, we now ensure that the owner is accurately updated and promptly reflect this change in the user interface.

• References in the chat: References now accurately direct to the correct page within the document.

• Chronological Magic Table cell changes: Cell history has been corrected to reflect chonological order of cell updates.

• Fixed Human in the loop icon: Cell history now properly renders icon indicating a Human-in-the-loop cell edit.

• Complete document ingestion before Magic Table agent execution: This fix addresses Magic Table agent calls occurring prior to completed document ingestion. the corrected behavior now ensures documents are fully ingested before agent calls are made.

• Corrected tooltip placement: Toolbar hover tooltip message has been moved to avoid overlap with the button.

• Translator: translator now stops translating if text is too long
