The Unique Sidebar Explained

What is the Unique Sidebar?

The Unique Sidebar displays the insights generated by the Unique bot (which you can find the explanation below) to support you in your meetings.

Language

This is the language in which the Unique Bot will transcribe your meeting and display the Live Transcript (which you can find the explanation below) in the Unique Sidebar.

Control the Unique Bot

The Unique Bot Controls component displays the status of the Unique bot.

Starting the recording

You can also manually invite the Bot by clicking the "REC" button.

Stopping the recording

The recording will automatically stop when all participants have left the meeting.

You can also click the "STOP" button or remove the Unique Bot from the list of participants.

1. Click the star icon to mark a Key Moment.

The Unique Bot Explained

What is the Unique Bot?

The Unique Bot joins your meetings to record, transcribe and support you in your meeting.

The Unique Bot can be invited automatically to your meetings (Recommended) or invited manually via the Unique Sidebar.

At the end of the meeting, the Unique Bot will transfer the recording to your Unique account.

Enable the Unique Bot to automatically join your meetings by default

1. Visit your Company Settings.

2. Select the default rule for the Bot Auto Join.

3. Click "Confirm".

Override the company's default setting

The company's default setting can be overridden on a meeting level.

1. Visit your Agenda.

2. Click on the event.

3. Click on the Bot icon to toggle the Bot Auto Join.

4. You will see a log when your change was successfully applied.

Rename the Unique Bot

1. Visit your Company Settings.

2. Click on the "Bot Name" field and type a new name.

3. Click on "Update" to save.
